How it works: It uses a flow-through double-sided ice making, which generally takes 20 minutes to complete ice making. The ice making speed is not as fast as ice cubes. The entire equipment is more expensive, so the probability of use in the cold drink industry is relatively low.

According to many years of sales experience, crescent ice is solid, thick and hard, and cannot be used to make smoothies and shaved ice. Crescent ice is easy to damage the blades for a long time and shortens the life of the equipment. Therefore, ice cubes are chosen in cold drink stores.
